Sevin ULUCAN
Sevin has more than 25 years of experience in business development and government relations across the IT and healthcare sectors. Throughout her corporate career, she has overseen end-to-end coordination of large turn-key projects and major integration initiatives for public-sector clients, developing strong expertise in project management and stakeholder alignment. The multidisciplinary experience strengthened my ability to anticipate risks, streamline complex regulatory pathways, and prepare innovative products for successful market entry. Today, she plays a key role in nationwide product launches, excelling in market-entry strategy and medical device registration in Türkiye.

Tolga BoÄŸaç Özdemir
With a distinguished career spanning more than 31 years, he is a leading strategist in the medical device industry, specializing in the clinical integration of cardiovascular, thoracic, cardiology, and radiology technologies.
As the Co-Founder of Kardus Medikal (2009), he has positioned the company as a premier technology scout, dedicated to identifying high-impact medical innovations worldwide and establishing them as clinical standards in Türkiye.
He orchestrates a comprehensive market-entry ecosystem. His work includes navigating complex regulatory landscapes and leading nationwide clinical training programs to ensure that advanced surgical and interventional technologies are effectively adopted by the medical community.
Complementing his entrepreneurial leadership, his role as a Senior Consultant at Emergo Group since 2013 and his position as Co-Founder of Ardis Consulting reinforce his reputation as a trusted bridge between global innovation and local healthcare excellence.Today, he continues to serve as a strategic partner for global manufacturers.
